destination, you need to determine if anyone else is

how to find out how many people are looking for this type of
information.
Look up your topic on
http://google.com and
http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/
Updated: Overture is not
reliable any more. I now recommend:
http://freekeywords.wordtracker.com
See how many people searched on your topic. (Remember that the Overture numbers account for only 20% of internet searches. Therefore multiply the Overture figure by 5.)
Another great tool is
Nichebot.
My only hesitation in showing you this resource now
is because I don't want to overwhelm you. I

all the features.

What niche did you find??
If you are having trouble, think about your interests, passions, knowledge base and experiences. You may not feel this way, but you do have the answers to someone's problem. Brainstorm with a friend or family member to come up ideas. Pick your top five possibilities and look at

Pick the top two topics and run with them. It is better to go ahead and make a decision rather than waffle for next six months. If you want more information, there are tons of resources on niche markets.
You also want to do some keyword research. Use
Nichebot, good keywords and
wordtracker for detailed research.
